The person, the practice, the receipts

I lead where design needs to earn the partnership.

Fourteen years building design teams, shipping complex products, and establishing design systems across payments, enterprise SaaS, and operationally intensive platforms.

I'm especially effective where product complexity, technical constraints, and business operations all matter equally — the environments where design has to push its own limits and earn credibility with stakeholders to ship beautiful products with measurable outcomes.

A short bio

I'm a product design leader who has spent the last 14+ years building teams, shipping complex products, and standing up design operations from scratch.

I've led design at a $13B REIT, a corporate travel startup, created hundreds of solutions for agency clients, and now co-founded an AI-native shop building for the blue-collar workforce. What connects the work is the same insistence: quality without theater, systems that scale beyond individual heroics, and designers who feel proud to ship.

§ 02 — Where I add the most value

Hire me for my skills — keep me for my leadership.

01

Leading 0 → 1 initiatives

I've taken countless small, medium, and large products from blank page to first revenue without a playbook.

02

Building high-trust design orgs

I know how to hire, structure, and grow design teams that people want to be part of and that stakeholders trust.

03

Raising quality without slowing teams

Critique frameworks and operating models that make quality a habit, not a bottleneck with agile improvements.

04

Partnering with stakeholders

My proudest moments are building trust with folks who didn't think design added value.

05

Tying design to business outcomes

I speak revenue, retention, risk, and cost — and use it to earn design's seat at the table.

06

Operating at executive level

Comfortable in board rooms, business reviews, and org restructuring conversations — not just critiques.

§ 03 — Domain depth

Where I already know the terrain.

01Depth

Consumer & enterprise travel

Years designing for a startup intent on disrupting enterprise travel. I understand what makes online travel tick for consumers and agencies alike.

02Depth

Customer & enterprise real estate / SFR

Designed resident, property management, customer service, and ops surfaces for a $13B REIT. I know the operational and regulatory shape of the category.

03Depth

Field service operations

Built mobile-first tooling for field technicians and dispatchers. I design for real-world work, and the people who live inside it.

04Depth

Payments & financial infrastructure

Money movement, reconciliation, and compliance — designed end-to-end across consumer-facing and ops-facing surfaces.

§ 04 — Fit

Let's find out if we're a good fit.

I'm selective about where I lead. If the problem is right — real complexity, room for design to matter, a team worth building — let's talk.
